Energy Connectors Project


The Energy Connectors project offers a range of sessions designed to help local people of Millfield, Sunderland find out how to be more energy efficient, save money and have advice on switching electricity and gas providers.

The project has 3 sessions which you can take part in:

Saving Energy - what you can do to make savings and be more energy efficient.

Switching Providers - what does switching mean and how does it work, what is community collective switching, what is the best way to find out the information to switch providers

Renewable Energy - what is renewable energy and learn about the different types including solar panels, heat pumps, biomass stoves and solar hot water - how can they help in saving energy and making money from the government incentives such as Feed in Tariff.

Sessions will take place at the following venues:-

St Marks Community Association, Millfield
